We have 3 attractive, comfortable rooms. There is a double room with private bathroom on the first floor and a twin and double room on the ground floor. The 2 ground floor rooms are only let out one at a time as there is only the one bathroom. The 2 rooms can be let out together to families or friends who do not mind sharing the private bathroom. Both ground floor rooms have wash basins and there is a 2nd WC/cloakroom. All bedrooms have colour TV, a radio alarm clock, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk plus little extras such as fresh flowers and fruit and a good selection of books. All bedrooms can have one extra bed added.

Formally a large Victorian town house, The Lodge was sympathetically transformed into a small hotel in 1980 and has received a Four Star rating from VisitBritain.

Recently refurbished, this ivy clad building in the heart of town has been tastefully refurbished to compliment the building and provides nine well appointed ensuite bedrooms, an attractive conservatory dining room and ample secure car parking.
