Welcome to the Old Stables set in a secluded yet central part of the pretty coastal village of Stoke Fleming, just two and half miles from the wonderful historic part of Dartmouth.

The 2 bed roomed cottage is suitable for either 2 adults and 2 small children or 3 adults. Well behaved pets are also welcomed.

The cottage is attached to the owners house down a leafy private woodland drive.  There is a pretty  garden surrounded by mature trees and shrubs which is the home to many pretty sounding song birds.

Car parking is available outside the cottage.

In from the garden is the well appointed kitchen.  It is equipped with a drop leaf table and chairs, double electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.  There is an ample supply of pots, pans, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils.

The comfortable sitting room is situated up a timber staircase and overlooks the garden and drive.  It has comfortable seating and is equipped with a tv connected to sky satellite and a dvd player.  There is a good selection of books and games, both adult and children’s.
