Carronvale House has sixty beds in rooms as follows: 10 twin rooms, of which 6 are ensuite, 4 triples ensuite and 7 quadruples ensuite. Five of these bedrooms are large enough to also accommodate a z bed, increasing potential residential numbers to 65 if required.

Bed Linen is provided but towels and toiletries are not. Residential prices also include 4-6 hours use of the Recreation Centre, subject to availability and 1-2 function rooms depending on group size.

One of the triple rooms is equipped for use by disabled guests and there is a lift for disabled access to the first floor.

Moira and Tony Stewart and our families, warmly welcome you to West Plean, a country house of remarkable character, which in its present form, dates from 1803. It is situated in the middle of our mixed arable and livestock farm, about 3 miles from the historic city of Stirling, known as the Gateway to the Highlands of Scotland.

We offer Bed & Breakfast for the discerning visitor who appreciates quality, space and tranquillity and desires easy accessibility, and many of our guests return to us year after year.

The house, set slightly apart from the farm steading, is surrounded by extensive lawns with mature trees. We encourage our guests to stroll into the Walled Garden and also to take a walk through our newly developed Azalea and Rhododendron plantings, and then follow the paths into the woodlands, where have a superb display of daffodils in Spring.

This spacious farmhouse has accommodation on two floors. Downstairs there is a large kitchen/dining room with patio doors out to the sitting out area. Wonderful in the summer particularly for enjoying a barbeque. Also downstairs there are 2 public rooms and a large shower room. Upstairs the bedrooms have lovely views of Stirling Castle. The family bathroom is also upstairs with a large bath and an electric shower over the bath. We offer the perfect base for touring the area and visiting all the many tourist attractions.
