Chequers Inn is a privately owned, family-run country hotel, for adults only, set amidst the stunning scenery of North Yorkshire.  It is situated 6 miles north of Harrogate with Ripon, Knaresborough and Pateley Bridge all close by.  There is easy access to James Herriot and Calendar Girls country together with the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors national parks.  The historic city of York is 45 min away.  It is also ideal if you are attending events at Harrogate International Centre, Yorkshire Event Centre or Pavilions of Harrogate.

This large traditional stone built cottage sleeps 5 people, has recently been refurbished and is set in the beautiful old village of Lofthouse in Upper Nidderdale (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

Lofthouse village has a small post office/shop and the local friendly pub, serving home cooked meals, is less than 5 minutes walk away.

A peaceful retreat, Holme Farm Cottage is ideal for walkers, cyclists and those wishing to explore this beautiful area of Yorkshire. The market towns of Pateley Bridge and Masham are close by whilst Harrogate, Ripon and York are within easy driving distance.

Based in Harrogate, Alison and Keith have visited every single property themselves and are able to advise you on the best one for your needs whether conference, holiday or visiting friends and family. Many have facilities and services which go beyond a star rating, the owners really care about providing those little touches which make a stay special. Almost all cottages have been assessed by Quality in Tourism, the service provided for Visit Britain.

The Welford is a small family run Hotel in the heart of the Beautiful Spa Town of Harrogate.

Built 100 years ago FOUR GABLES is peacefully set, only 1 mile from the A1 and yet only a 3 minute walk from bustling Georgian village of Boston Spa with its shops, restaurants, pubs and riverside walks. With a wealth of period "arts and craft" features adding character and charm, the oak and terracotta floors and original fireplaces transport you back to a more elegant period. The gardens of 1/2 an acre include a Japanese garden with water features.

Harewood House is 10 minutes and York is a 20 minute drive whilst the Dales can be reached in 45 minutes. There are 3 double and one twin bedroom all are ensuite. One of the bedrooms is in a self contained cottage.
