SEAVIEW Self Catering HOLIDAYS, situated in the beautiful seaside village of Seaview, offer a wide range of self catering holiday bungalows available to rent throughout the year. We have been receiving customers since the early 1960’s and many return year after year to enjoy the natural splendour and charm of the Isle of Wight. Seaview is aptly named as it has far reaching and ever changing views of the Solent – the strait separating the Isle of Wight from mainland England. It is one of the most sought after locations on the Island and is host to the famous Seaview Yacht Club, which was founded in 1893 and holds an annual regatta in August.

All our bungalows are set in close proximity to the sea, within easy walking distance and have ample parking. Ideally situated for you to take full advantage of all the local attractions and amenities, such as the nearby Hersey Nature Reserve, Seaview beach and Seaview Village where you will find a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. In addition, we have our very own public house the Wishing Well, which is family friendly and serves traditional British cuisine. It also has a children’s play area which is in full view of the dining area, so ideal for all members of the family to enjoy.

Hill farm stables has been established for more than 46 years and is now run by only two generations of the family.

The original stable block is a purpose built Victorian building with cobble stone flooring in a most attractive setting with sea views of the Needles to one side and Lymington Harbour to the other. Once the West Wight coaching stable for Queen Victoria.

We have 10 horses and 15 ponies at our stables, ranging from welsh section A’s to thoroughbreds to cater for all sizes, ages and abilities.

The self-catering unit is self-contained within a luxury grade II listed farmhouse. It is set on a working farm in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are beautiful wild birds such as pheasants, partridges, bullfinches, wrens, jays, barn owls and great spotted woodpeckers. Wildlife is in abundance too like badgers, foxes and rabbits.

It is very peaceful and ideal for a relaxing or active holiday. Situated on the South side of the island, there are magnificent views from St Catherine's Down with several footpaths and bridleways. It is an excellent location for walking and cycling. It is close to the picturesque village of Godshill and many of the Isle of Wight's local attractions, such as Blackgang Chine (Theme Park), The Isle of Wight Pearl, Dinosaur Farm and The Needles.

There are excellent local pubs with restaurant a few miles away with children’s facilities and local convenience stores at Chale, Niton and Rookley.

Resident family Nikki, Will & Virginia invite you to come and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of their magnificent Victorian Residence. Built in 1880 the house retains many of its original features but with all the modern day comforts you would expect for your holiday.

The Old Rectory Chale is the grade II listed Georgian home of Mary & Nigel Coward.

It is located in the village of Chale on the Isle of Wight in an area of outstanding natural beauty and the self catering accommodation is located on the ground and first floors offering wonderful views over the nearby downs. The Isle of Wight has many attractions and beaches, all within a short drive. Access to our beaches is good with ample parking. The beach at Compton bay has plenty of sand, good surf and two large cars parks it is an easy 20 min. drive from The Old Rectory.

We have two suites of self catering accommodation available to book. The larger St Catherines Suite - sleeping 5 and the Seascape Rooms - sleeping 3

The Studio Apartment provides quiet and comfortable self-catering accommodation on the Isle of Wight. It is ideal for a couple or small family who enjoy the unique combination of seaside, countryside and outdoor life.

The apartment is private and secluded with it's own garden and space to relax. It is only a short walk (5-8 mins) to the beach at Freshwater Bay and there are many walking and cycling routes from Afton. An ideal location for an Island break.

Available to rent on a weekly basis the accommodation has lounge with double sofa bed & television, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc and garden and patio.

Three, Sea Breeze Cottages is a modern, two bedroomed, terraced cottage, sleeping 4/5 plus a cot. It is situated on the beautiful south west coast of the Isle of Wight, in an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty", and has superb sea views.

The accommodation has been recently completely refurbished, and is well equipped and comfortably furnished. There is a large fenced patio facing the sea, communal gardens and ample, private parking. Access is via a wide, ramped path, suitable for wheelchairs.

A warm welcome awaits you from Graeme and Margi Sheridan-Wallis at Clarence House, which was completely refurbished in 2008. Every room has been completely redecorated, with new digital TV, clock radio, new en-suites (2 with showers and one with bath), beds, bedding and of course free tea and coffee facilities.

Evening meals may be available by special arrangement at additional cost. Off road parking usually available.

Walkers and cyclists are very welcome and we have a room for drying you out if necessary, hopefully by the following day.

We are situated about half a mile from the centre of the quaint ever-popular village of Shanklin, within a short downhill walk to the sandy beach.

Most of the major stores are represented in Newport, the Isle's capital just a few miles away.

The Isle of Wight is situated just a few miles off mainland UK and The Montpelier is situated in one of the finest  positions in Sandown on the Isle of Wight, opposite the glorious sandy beach and Sandown Pier and just around the corner from Sandown  High Street with it's many cafes, restaurants and gift shops. The Montpelier is the ideal base for your stay on the Isle of Wight being just 11 miles from Newport, 3 from Shanklin and 7 from Ryde so we are central to most places of interest.. We are on steps away from Sandown Bay's six miles of glorious sandy beaches, which is a haven for all and is safe for bathing at all times and Sandown Pier with it's amusements, kiddies rides, Jurassic golf and neon bowling, fun for all the family.  We are now a Wi-Fi hotspot and your laptop can be used during your stay with us.

Woodsmoke B&B is situated in the beautiful Alverstone garden village. It is close to country walks and cycle paths, leading through to Newchurch with it’s award winning pub for food, further on is Arreton with another excellent pub for food.

Two miles from Woodsmoke are the towns of Sandown and Shanklin with there beautiful beaches, lots of pubs and restaurants, both have railway stations for easy access, there is also Sandown airport approx one mile from Woodsmoke where flights are available for those wishing to see the Island by air.

We also have livery facilities should you wish to bring your horse. (Fee negotiable). There are many miles of bridleways over which to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight countryside on horseback.

Most have central heating and double glazing, but all have a gas fire. Gold rated caravans can consist of an en-suite master bedroom or a floor to ceiling fridge freezer.
