Weekly rates from £180 to £260 a week. The cottage is available for short breaks during the low season at very reasonable rates.

 

The cottage has 2 bedrooms, the front bedroom has a double bed and overlooks fields and the river.

The bedroom at the back, which overlooks the garden with views of the wooded hillside by the river, has full length bunk beds and a single bed. There is a cot and an extra person can be accommodated with a folding bed . Cotton bed linen is provided and towels are available at a small extra charge.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath with a hand shower. There is a fan heater for instant warmth.

The fitted kitchen has electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave and there is good selection of cook-ware and utensils. There is ample tableware for 6 people.

The sitting room is furnished with 2 cosy sofas and a fold away dining table and chairs. The wood burning stove forms an attractive focus for the room. Background heating for the cottage is provided by storage radiators. A fold away bed can be used for an extra guest.

Tryfan Rhiw

Tryfan is situated about a mile from Rhiw village on the Aberdaron road. It is within a 15 minute walk to the quiet, pretty Porth Ysgo beach, through the beautiful Nant y Gadwen valley, where you can see the remains of the old manganese mines and enjoy the view as you walk down. The lovely little church of St. Maelrhys is close by.

Tryfan is a comfortable house with an off the road parking space. There is a small garden at the back of the house with a washing line. The front garden is bigger and has garden furniture. Doors and windows are double glazed.

Hafod cottage and Hafod y Llyn cottage are in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, surrounded by 30 acres of privately owned woodland. They are two-thirds of a mile from the road along a private track, in a highly scenic and secluded position. Out of sight of one another, the two cottages are 300 metres apart at different levels.

Hafod overlooks the Vale of Ffestiniog, one of the most beautiful and best preserved wooded valleys in Britain. Excellent walks from the front door along a network of paths and tracks (good for mountain biking too) take you through deciduous woods protected by the National Park, National Trust, Woodland Trust and mixed forestry.

The Chalet is of brick and timber construction, an end-terrace of three and situated in a quiet corner of the holiday park called the Millstream. 

It has a fitted kitchen that leads to the lounge and dining area; a bathroom with toilet, over-bath shower and a bathroom heater; two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two single beds.

Pwllheli is an old market town, the gateway to the spectacular Lleyn peninsula. The town is full of character with its narrow streets, shops and restaurants and is bustling every Wednesday when the open air market is held on the Maes. Caravan and Camping

Hirdre Fawr

Hirdre Fawr is a 360 acre working farm rearing cattle and sheep. To diversify the family have set up a Caravan and Camping site on 5 acres of the land. The farmland reaches down to the coast where you will find a small pebbly beach where children can explore the rock pools, collect shells or swim in the sea. It is also possible to fish off the rocks along the headland. At times a large family of seals can be seen sunbathing on the rocks.

Hirdre Fawr is a family site with pitches for 40 Caravans and tents. There is a toilet block with 3 separate showers that take 50p coins, there is also a washroom with washing machine and tumble dryer, fridges and freezers as well as socket points for battery or mobile phone charging and hair dryers.

BBQs are permitted but must finish by 11pm in consideration of other guests.

Dogs are allowed on the site but must be kept strictly on leads and any mess cleared up by the owners.
