We are in Freuchie, in the stunning farmland of North East Fife two miles from Falkland Palace.
If you plan to visit Edinburgh look at our rooftop apartment in Leith, 5 minutes from the city centre.
We ask people not to smoke on our premises.
Our earliest check in time is 16:30. It is not possible to check in nor drop off luggage before this time. On subsequent days you can come and go as you please. Check out on last day by 10.30

Staying at "9 East Bay B&B," is all about a good day out sightseeing and returning to a friendly atmosphere and stunning views over the Forth towards the Fife coast & over to Edinburgh. Watch passing ships, sail boats and the occasional cruise-liner from the comfort of our lounge or patio.

The village of North Queensferry is a mixture of ancient and modern, dominated to the north by an ancient volcanic rock and to the south by the Firth of Forth.  The village was once the ferry-port from Fife and the North, across the Firth of Forth & onwards to Edinburgh and the South.  The Forth Bridges now serve the village, and with the good road network provides easy access to; Dunfermline, St. Andrews, Perth and Dundee, Central Scotland (Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow), and the Scottish Borders.

The Bell Craig is a 4-star rated guest house which enjoys a central location in the very heart of St.Andrews - only 250 metres from the famous "Old Course" and a short walk to the West Sands beach, the University and local shops. There are many restaurants, pubs and cafes in St.Andrews which we would be happy to recommend.

Ashgrove Bed & Breakfast has four bedrooms. All are comfortable and set with their own wash hand basins and showering facilities. Two of the four have full en-suite. Below you can take a tour of each bedroom allowing you to pick the room you would feel most comfortable in for your stay with us. Rooms 1, 2& 3 are suited to one or two persons. Our family room can comfortably sleep a family of four.
