started as a guest house in the early fifties and

Harris, who has lived in the area all his life and
therefore has extensive local knowledge. Our office
is located in the charming seaside village of
Rottingdean, 3 miles east of Brighton but we will
come into Brighton to meet you if that is what you
would like. We specialise in high standard fully
furnished properties for holiday lets and conference
or business accommodation for periods ranging from 3
days to 3 months. We can also offer longer term
residential lets in various of our luxury
apartments. We are a Quality Accredited Agency, a
member of Tourism South East and a VisitBrighton
Partner.
Our portfolio
includes seafront and city centre properties in
Brighton & Hove, unusual properties in the Sussex
countryside, both inland and along the coast between
Eastbourne and Chichester. We have small studio
flats, luxury apartments (many with a seaview),
attractive cottages and houses, so can accommodate
between 1 and 14 people in a variety of properties.

Newenden is
approximately six miles from the picturesque town of
Tenterden and the Cinque Port of Rye. There are many
National Trust properties within a small radius
together with historic gardens and local vineyards.
Camber Sands, with its miles of sandy beach is a
must. Visit Bodiam Castle by either steam train or
by pleasure boat, both can be boarded at Newenden.
Easy access from Dover/Ashford and frequent direct
trains to visit London from stations approximately
10 miles from Newenden.
The Barn has
been sympathetically converted with far reaching
views from the first floor lounge.
There are a
number of local pubs which serve food, The White
Hart – Newenden within a few minutes walk, plus many
others in nearby Tenterden and the Cinque Port of
Rye. The Barn is an ideal location to use as a base
for visiting the many places of interest or for a
