Visit Scotland have awarded us 4th place in the   4 star rating for all of Scotland.

We are a family owned and run business based near the historic town of Linlithgow. We recently converted agricultural buildings into comfortable and stylish holiday accommodation. We have three cottages, each sleeping up to eight people. Children are very welcome. 

You can find many visitor attractions and outdoor activities in the area to make your holiday special. Please see our Local Attractions page for more information. Linlithgow has a good variety of restaurants and pubs including the famous Black Bitch Pub.

Linlithgow Golf Course is next door, visitors are most welcome, and can pay half price on the golf course through the week through ourselves. There are two fishing lochs nearby one of which, Bowden Springs Fishery, offers a discount to our residents. 

Saheda is a cosy and spacious Victorian villa situated in a prime seafront location on Marine Parade, adjacent to the beach commanding panoramic views across the East Bay to the Bass Rock and Fife Coastline as shown in the above pictures.

Front garden with private parking for one car, additional parking close by, secluded garden to the rear with patio/lawn and direct access to the putting green and tennis courts.

Drem Farmhouse is a large Georgian house set in the picturesque conservation village of Drem, located in the heart of East Lothian, surrounded by golf courses, beaches and within easy reach of Edinburgh.

It is the family home of Hugh and Marlene Smith who welcome their guests for Bed and Breakfast (evening meals available with advance notice). The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated through out with a dinning room , drawing room and a large sun room all over looking the extensive gardens.

Adjoining the main house is 'The Bothie' providing self catering accommodation, for up to four people, on weekly basis.

Comfort, luxury, style, and peace and quiet characterise a stay at Winton's self-catering properties. Both are within walking distance of Winton House, and are available on a flexible, self-catering basis for weeks, weekends or weekdays. Wintonhill Farmhouse can sleep 12-14 people and Winton Cottage sleeps 10-12. Taken together, the properties offer bed spaces for up to 26 people.

They can also be hired alongside Winton House, which sleeps up to 16 people and provides facilities for large dinners, meetings, receptions and parties in the historic splendour of a magnificent country house dating from the Scottish renaissance, giving a total capacity on the estate of 42 overnight guests.
