The Rosedale is a small private guest house situated in a quiet residential area of Troon, close to the seafront on the north side of town. We are only a short drive from the centre of Troon where you can find all the local amenities, as well as a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also an abundance of golf courses nearby. We are ideally located for the P&O Ferry to Ireland and trains to Glasgow, Ayr and close to Prestwick Airport. 

Visiting Ayrshire on business or for pleasure?  The Fairways Cottages offer flexible accommodation just yards from Prestwick Beach and the Town railway station.  Prestwick airport is accessible in less than 5 minutes.
The Ayrshire countryside with many historic and visual attractions (including Burns Country) is but minutes away and if you have sport in mind, there is something for everyone, whether playing (golf, bowls, etc.) or watching (Ayr race course).

Built in 2004, each cottage has a bedroom with two single beds, a lounge with a sofa that can convert into a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom / wc. Small pets by prior arrangement only. All linen, light and heat is included. Washing machine/tumble drier available for use by guests at a small charge.
